Police seek the public’s help in finding a missing Northeast man with mental health issues and who may pose a danger to himself.

Javier Acevedo, 41, of the 4200 block of Woodhaven Road, was last seen at his home at about 11:50 p.m. on Sunday. He is 5 feet 6 inches tall, 170 pounds, with a medium build, brown eyes and short black hair. He was last seen wearing a hoodie with wide gray and black stripes, blue jeans and black sneakers.
Acevedo requires medication, but may not have access to it. Call Northeast Detectives at 215–686–3153 to report information about him. In an emergency, call 911. ••
